Our professional teams of Developers, Architects and Engineers also excelled in Construction and Property Management.

Although, our work is specific with broad portfolios, yet we are committed to offering cost-effective and advanced solutions to our various clients from far and near, within and outside Nigeria by putting their utmost needs as priority in our approach and strategy.

We provide a range of professional services for residential, commercial and industrial clients, and we also work along with real agents in order to arrange for residential properties. History & Expansion

ABITECH DESIGN COMPANY LTD was founded in 2013, by Abiodun Joshua Eniola, as a private limited liability company (RC 1546633) incorporated by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

ABITECHDESIGN operates three Offices – one located in Omole street, Lagos state, another in Ilorin, Kwara State and the main office in Yola, Adamawa State, serving the North Central, North East and South West regions, specializing in public and private building and industrial projects.

ABITECH DESIGN offers expertise in design and build, project management, and general construction. Uncompromisingly, we have been serving the utmost interests of our various clients with proven quality services and positive feedbacks and comments in return.

Throughout the company’s history, ABITECHDESIGN receives praise for its quality work and services, its timely delivery, and ability to deliver great work within the project budget. Also, AbitechDesign prides itself with solving client challenges, whether they are budgets, tight schedules, difficult site conditions or unique designs, and boasts an 85% repeat customer rate.
